Providing us with basic info about your FreePBX Server
In order to assist you directly with your issue, often times we need a bit more information about your server.
You can run the following command on your server via the Linux command line (as root) to get some key info about your PBX:
curl -sSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CyberLynk/freepbxhosting_resources/main/getpbxinfo | bash
Copy the output from the command and provide it to us in your ticket for review.
