If your account has been converted to our new Customer Portal (https://secure.cyberlynk.net/):
- Log into the Customer Portal as https://secure.cyberlynk.net/
- Choose "My Services" from the top navigation menu
- Click the icon (a white square with a green arrow) to the right of the service you wish to cancel
- At the bottom of the Product Details page click on "Request Cancellation"
You can then enter an option reason for the cancellation as well as choosing when you would like the cancellation to occur.
If your account has not been converted to our new Customer Portal:
Send an email to billing@cyberlynk.net with your domain name and customer ID to request cancellation.
