How do I create users?

First you need to login to the control panel

Click Add User

Enter in the FTP Username, FTP password, and a valid email address

Click continue to step 2

Now click on Select Path if you have created a folder that you want the user to be mapped to. If you don't already have a folder created that you want the user mapped to, just click Continue to step 3

Click continue to step 3

Review your information and make sure that it is correct.

Folder Path: If you have \root in the folder path the FTP user will have access to all of the files and folder on the FTP site.
Folder Path: If your folder path has \root\sales, your FTP user will only have access to the folder specified after \root.
Create User Folder: If the Create User Folder box is checked, it will create a folder the same name as the FTP username and automatically map that user to the folder. Set Expiration Date: If you put a date in this box, as soon as the date is current that FTP user account will go inactive.
Click Create FTP Account
