Setup will differ depending on the mobile email client used

***You will need the following information for setting up the email client on your mobile device***

  • Incoming/Outgoing email server name
  • Your Full Email address
  • Your Email password
  • Account Type: POP3 or IMAP

General settings for Mail client setup with IMAP or POP3:

IMAP Account Settings using (SSL) and (NON-SSL):

IMAP Setup using (SSL)
- Incoming mail
  • Server Example (Web140.Cyberlynk.net)
  • Port: 993
  • SSL: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication: Normal Password
  • Username: Your Full Email Address
- Outgoing mail
  • Server Example (Web140.Cyberlynk.net)
  • Port: 465 or 587 or 25
  • SSL: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication: Normal Password
  • Username: Your Full Email Address
IMAP Setup using (NON-SSL)
- Incoming mail
  • Server Example (mail.domainname.com)
  • Port: 143
  • SSL: None
  • Authentication: Normal Password
  • Username: Your Full Email Address
- Outgoing mail
  • Server Example (mail.domainname.com)
  • Port: 465 or 587 or 25
  • SSL: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication: Normal Password
  • Username: Your Full Email Address

POP Account Settings using (SSL) and (NON-SSL):

POP Setup using (SSL)
- Incoming mail

  • Server Example (Web140.Cyberlynk.net)
  • Port: 995
  • SSL: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication: Normal Password
  • Username: Your Full Email Address
- Outgoing mail
  • Server Example (Web140.Cyberlynk.net)
  • Port: 465
  • SSL: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication: Normal Password
  • Username: Your Full Email Address
POP Setup using (Non-SSL)
- Incoming mail
  • Server Example (mail.domainname.com)
  • Port: 110
  • SSL: None
  • Authentication: Normal Password
  • Username: Your Full Email Address
- Outgoing mail
  • Server Example (mail.domainname.com)
  • Port: 25 or 587
  • SSL: None
  • Authentication: Normal Password
  • Username: Your Full Email Address
